CONFERENCE BOARD OF CANADA -- Share your thoughts on how the Future Skills Centre can best meet your region’s priorities
What is the Future Skills Centre?
The Future Skills Centre—Centre des Compétences futures (FSC-CCF) will help Canadians prepare for, transition, and adapt to new jobs and a changing labour market.
Funded by the Government of Canada's Future Skills Program, the Future Skills Centre is a partnership between Blueprint, Ryerson University, and The Conference Board of Canada.
As part of our commitment to the Future Skills Centre, the Conference Board will research future skills needs, lead knowledge mobilization and convening activities, and facilitate the exchange of ideas by developing a pan-Canadian stakeholder network.
A cross-Canada dialogue with Canadians
Participate in the Regional Sounding Tour to share your thoughts on how the Future Skills Centre can best meet your region’s priorities.
On behalf of the Future Skills Centre, The Conference Board of Canada is organizing the Regional Sounding Tour as the Centre’s first series of strategic roundtable events. We want to identify the skills that will be needed tomorrow, and we need your help to do that. The Tour includes stops across the country where we will listen to Canadians who are engaged or interested in the skills and training community.
You’ll learn about the Future Skills Centre's mandate and objectives, hear updates on our operations and activities, and participate in small group conversations to share your thoughts and ideas about how the Future Skills Centre can best support your region today to seize the workforce opportunities of the future.
Why participate?

- Your input will inform the Future Skills Centre's research and innovation investment strategies.
- You can help us engage urban, rural, and remote communities to build a better economic future.
