They hold (some of) this country’s most notorious rapists and murderers, and pedophiles who have just been released from prison on parole, many of whom have not been rehabilitated at all. And for some inconceivable reason, we don’t even use basic technology to track their location – allowing them to simply take off whenever, and wherever, they want. That’s exactly what happened when 29-year-old Jesse Goodale took off earlier this week, forcing police to issue a nation-wide warrant for his arrest.
