Rob Shaw: Rustad urges Ottawa to send Aboriginal title case to Supreme Court (The Orca)

Canada’s top court needs to quickly decide whether Aboriginal title overrides private property rights, or risk freezing British Columbia’s economy under years of uncertainty.
