FELDSTED -- Our government is blissfully unaware (or ignores) the hypocrisy and severe damage to our economy
Oil companies persuade states to make pipeline protests a felony
By Bloomberg ~~ Aug. 19, 2019
After protesters disrupted construction of an oil pipeline in North
Dakota by chaining themselves to construction equipment and pitching tents
along the route, oil and chemical companies found a way to keep it from
happening again; they made it a crime ...
... Bills
criminalizing trespassing near oil pipelines, gas processing equipment and
other designated “critical infrastructure” passed this year in Indiana, North
Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee and Texas -- building on similar measures
previously enacted in Oklahoma and other states ... now pushing to create
infrastructure protest laws in Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

American
oil duplicity and hypocrisy
American
oil companies have successfully managed to make pipeline protests unlawful in
some parts of the USA. At the same time, they are funding pipeline protesters
in Canada to do exactly what they are prohibiting in the USA.
Our government is blissfully unaware (or ignores) the hypocrisy and severe damage to our economy.
We are led by ideological moron’s incapable of questioning the climate change scam. The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) theories cannot withstand critical scrutiny by qualified scientists. The evidence grows daily.
Canadian
pipeline protests are politically and economically motivated. The objective is
to protect the American economy at the cost of Canada’s economy. We need to:
- Shut down American funded NGOs creating and funding protest groups;
- Make pipeline protests that endanger infrastructure unlawful;
- Build a robust petroleum development and processing infrastructure throughout Canada; and
- When we are ready, turn off the taps to pipelines that feed into the USA.
American
and eastern Canadian corporations have held sway for far too long. Canada must
be governed for the benefit of all of Canada. Our governments have to adhere to
the principle of equal opportunity for all Canadians irrespective of domicile.
Their mandate to provide essential services, not to engage in social
engineering.
